· Registration Fee includes Admission Tickets, Program, Participation Gift, & Buffet Dinner
Student/Amateur Registration Fee: $65
Teacher/Professional Registration Fee: $40
Individual Entries - $20 each
Solos - $40
Formations - $5 per person – they do not have to pay the Registration Fee if they are only dancing a Formation – however, they do need to purchase an Evening Ticket if they do not have one already. All Formation routines are limited to four (4) minutes maximum.
Box lunch - $10 – MUST BE PRE ORDERED!
Buffet Dinner Ticket - $25
Saturday Day Admission Ticket - $10
Saturday Evening Admission Ticket - $15 (Collegiate price: $10)
**For $30 you can sponsor a college student to participate in Minnesota Madness!! Please check the appropriate box on the Accounting Form! – thanks!
Collegiate/High School Rates
Each participant (not couple) pays $30
· This includes 3 entries with one partner & includes their daytime admission (dinner not included)
· Additional entries, or entries with another partner are $10 per dance

Videotaping of your own performances IS ALLOWED. Please be respectful and not videotape performances of other dancers. There will be no professional videographer or photographer available.
Advertising & Vending
Space is limited. Full page ads: $40. Vendor Fee: $100 (includes FP ad)
